With the help of a Vroege Fase Financiering we developed the first version of our application (MVP). We teamed up with the Oogziekenhuis Rotterdam and the most renowned scientists in the field. We realized a substantial subsidy to finance our trial. Filed pour patent. Parents are mega-enthousiast about our product. During playtesting with children they asked if they could take it home already. Very understandable because a child with a patched eye is immediately severely visually impaired. This reduces the child's quality of life in multiple ways. Faithfully persisting with the therapy is therefore not easy for caregivers and child and this is reflected in the adherence data (-50%), which means that the treatment only takes longer.
