Key Achievements

  • We have secured our first BPO partner with Onepilot. They are using our platform as part of their hiring process where candidates have to work through 2 role-play scenarios. Our system is then using our scoring bot to evaluate the performance of the agents and provide a rating to Onepilot which is used in the hiring decision process. They are currently a non-paying user but we have between 10 to 15 users coming on our platform through this partner at the moment and we are planning to expand with them to increase the number of user.
  • We built a strong team of co-founders by recruiting Tue who is recognized in the CX industry and is coming with an extensive network of BPO connections. BPOs are our clear target market where we can bring the most value for enterprise scale companies and that's where Tue's experience will be key.
