Achievement
- Mid-July: Spoke with 60+ e-commerce operators; more than 75% expressed dissatisfaction with current inventory solutions. - August: Completed a proof of concept, demonstrating a 38% reduction in inventory costs. - Mid-September: Launched beta and onboarded 8 pilot customers, running focused pilot program to co-develop and iterate on the V1 of the product. - Now: Validated willingness-to-pay and first 3 customers will start paying in January, after completion of integration with Bol.com.
