  • - There are a few things we have going for us: (i) brands love us: we have built strong and trusted relationships with industry leading prestige and niche brands such as LVMH, Coty, L’Oréal and Rituals, (ii) customers love us: we have a high NPS of 8.7, average customer referral rate of >30% and long customer lifetimes (>15 months in NL) (iii) Strong data capabilities and high engagement on our platform (iv) Profitable NL business: high gross-margins, strong earnback periods of <6 months and are looking towards future economies of scale.- We are an award winning scale up (1 out of 10 Deloitte rising star 2020, Marketing Scale up of the year 2021 by NIMA, shortlisted Emerging entrepeneur of the year 2022) and have managed to grow our 5M business with minimal funding (650k).
