Key Achievements

  • OPOPLAN was "Generative AI" before the term itself was coined. Over the past three years, from a university project, the team have created a complete set of online (Saas) tools that helps builders drop a pin on a map to immediately do a buildability analysis (structure(s) sizing as well as ground aspect, size, slope etc.), determine living requirements via a graphic and easy to use online briefing dialog, AI-generate a custom design for the specific lot and requirements, provide 3D, VR & AR walkthroughs to finalise requirements... and then output the definitive permitting and building plans.
  • The team successfully pivoted from B2C to B2B2C in 2022, re-structuring the software into 4 products, and launched these new builder-oriented products at the International Builders Show in Las Vegas in early 2023. The response was ovwerwhelmingly positive and indicates that the perfect market is the 40,000 members of the NAHB. RThe marketong plans have been drawn up and, funding permitting, will be executed in later 2023.
