From July to October, we successfully achieved 9 Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) sales before we had to temporarily pause sign-ups and initiate refunds due to the necessity of expanding our team. Currently operating in a BETA phase, our objective was to validate whether members were willing to commit to a monthly subscription fee, and the positive response has confirmed market receptivity. This period of initial sales provided us with crucial insights into our user base's preferences and willingness to invest in their wellness journey through MANA. In addition to our subscription model, we bolstered our brand presence through the sale of merchandise, achieving 20 sales. This not only contributed to our non-recurring revenue but also played a crucial role in solidifying our branding among our community. Looking ahead, our post-BETA phase will introduce a Base subscription priced at €14.95 per month, offering access to our platform and community. The Premium subscription, at €79.95, will be re-introduced with added value, including a dedicated coach for subscribers. We are also preparing to expand our revenue model to include Full service, B2B, and Gym collaboration options, each designed to cater to different segments of our growing user base and to further diversify our revenue streams.
