Homemade is a platform that turns home kitchens into local restaurants, connecting passionate cooks with neighbors craving authentic, affordable meals.
Achievement
We launched Homemade in the Netherlands and scaled to over €10,000+ in monthly revenue with 30+ active chefs across multiple cities. Our social campaigns went viral on TikTok, driving 1,800+ chef sign-ups and 10,000+ customer registrations. We built and launched both a web platform and a mobile app with a remote team on a lean budget. We've achieved low churn and high repeat order rates, especially among families and professionals. Homemade was selected for the Slush 100, backed by Rabobank, pitching Homemade in the Upstream Festival Finale, winning the Next Icons 2025 Award and getting featured in national press. We’ve also developed a streamlined chef onboarding system, integrated food safety training, and built brand loyalty through hyperlocal delivery and strong community ties.
