Hi, we developed technology & filed a patent for a real (unprocessed) plant based cheese, made from whole foods (seeds, beans, nitrogen regenerative crops, no powders, no isolates) with real cheese composition (protein >20%), fully fermented, aged with live flora that has also full functionality of dairy cheese (slices, shreds, melts, forms eyes). Formula can be made 95% organic. Holly grail. Please help scale up our tech & license technology further.
